As a relatively young company, Urja has a highly experienced Management Team, and employs some of the most experienced personnel in our field. Our Management Team and some of our engineering staff have had the benefit of working with large corporate houses and government organization for over least a decade. This work experience and understanding of the company work ethic, means our Management Team are fully aware of each others strengths and abilities and will not hesitate to call on the wealth of experience available within our organization.
Our team of energy professionals includes high skilled electrical engineers, accredited experts, multi-disciplined professional engineers, efficiency and conservation experts, estimators, operators, and other energy specialists covering nearly every type of facility, for solutions that power business forward. From our Apprentices and Electricians in the field to our upper-level Management, we believe that professional and dedicated focus on our clients needs is fundamental to our success. This is the principle upon which Urja was founded.
Urja has a policy of training and developing personnel from within our organization, providing career path and creating the opportunity for promotions. To date we have developed a number of Site Managers, from our technician workforce. These engineers have shown over a period of time that they posses the necessary skills required to work as part of the management team.
All our Technicians are employed on a full time basis. Prior to employment at Urja, all technicians undergo an extensive interview, which includes technical assessment. Ongoing training and support ensures that our technical staffs are among the best in the industry.
It is Urja’s policy to carry out regular staff training to ensure that our staff is fully aware of the latest product sets and their installation techniques. These are required to ensure product compliant installations and warranty requirements are adhered to for all of our installation works
